How it works

Roll-up figures retain the calculation basis and source-row references. Signals that need confirmation are labelled as such; the system does not fill gaps with confident-sounding guesses.

Billing frequency, renewal windows, vendor concentration and possible duplicate signals are handled by defined rules. A possible duplicate is a prompt to verify the source, not a finding of confirmed duplicate billing.
