What we do
Companies pay for software they cannot fully see. Subscriptions auto-renew. Tools overlap. Nobody owns the full picture until money has already left.
VektorIndex is technology spend and renewal control for CFOs, finance, and operations in companies of roughly 15–200 people. You pay, upload spend data, and get a spend map, a 90-day Money Radar, and a prioritized action queue. Ongoing monitoring or a monthly control brief is not included in the one-time engagement.
What we are not (right now)
We are not selling a software directory, a compliance certificate, a full TPRM platform, or a consulting SWAT team on the front door. Historical comparison pages and datasets exist as infrastructure. They are not six other products we want you to buy today.
Trust rules

- ✓No guaranteed savings. Exposure and recommended actions are based on the evidence in your files. Outcomes depend on contracts and what you do next.
- ✓Not legal advice. We do not certify regulatory compliance. Lawyers determine legal positions.
- ✓We say we don’t know when we don’t know. Missing owners, missing renewal dates, and thin evidence are flagged — not filled with guesses.
